My sisters and I were pretty small when we first met Uncle Bill. I will always remember the lasting impression of such a good humored person. His lightheartedness and good nature are a gift to anyone lucky enough to know him. I wish that I could give you all hugs.

Bill was a GREAT man! He was a tender soul who showed himself as tough and when needed be he was tough! He did so many nice things for me and so many others. Even after we broke up, he was always there for me if I needed him. I miss him sadly. Will miss our once-in-a-while phone conversations on catching up with each other and our children. He cared so much for Bryan, Matt, and Emily. Rest in peace, my love, for you will never be forgotten.

Uncle Bill was a GREAT guy! easy going, fun , kind . gone to soon! I will miss this funny man, I will remember him with fond memories. He loved and was proud of his family. Why does goodnight now hhrrrr sound so familiar, LOL, I remember him saying this!. its been many years since I heard this phrase, but its still a vivid memory. He was everyone's favorite. He was a big kid himself. much love and hugs to the family.

Uncle Bill was a great man. No matter what he was always kind, and had a smile, or a funny remark for you, even if you were up to no good as a kid. He told you exactly how it was, good or bad. He was original, Bill was everyone's favorite uncle. No matter if you live in Washington, California, Georgia, or Texas, he will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Rest in peace uncle Bill.

My grandpa bill was such an awesome grandpa, he used to pick me up every Friday and take me to get ice cream when I was younger. I love how "goodnight now hhrrrrr" is mentioned above. No matter what time of day it was, Morning, noon or night he always said goodbye with a "goodnight now" which always made me laugh which made him laugh as well. I miss him so much already and will think about him everyday until we meet again. I love you grandpa

Bill was a great guy and will be missed. Happiest person I ever met. I feel like he was family not just a friend. He was very proud of his family. It just breaks my heart that he was taken so young. Rest in peace Bill.

I enjoyed working with Bill at Ostergard Printing for almost 9-10 years. Bill had a great sense of humor and didn't take life too seriously. Fond memories working with and getting to know Bill over the years. Truly saddened by his passing...
