I am saddened to hear of Tillie's passing. I worked with her at OECO. We were friends (I even got to visit her beach house a couple of times). She was a force of nature; always looking and moving forward with purpose and enthusiasm. Tillie was a pretty good prankster, too. And yes, her laugh often preceded her actual presence. She had the greatest twinkling eyes, too. Especially when she was kidding you or beating you at cards.
