Terry passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at the age of 29, after a lifelong struggle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He is survived by his Father and Mother, Craig and Julie Jasperson, sister, Emily Jasperson, and his cats, Boo and Charlotte.

Terry was born in Portland, Oregon on December 11, 1988, and was baptised at Saint Ignatius Catholic Church. He attended The Holiday Center pre-school, Youngson elementary school, Mt. Tabor Middle School, and graduated from Franklin High School in 2007. After graduation Terry attended Portland Community College, and worked for a short time.

Throughout his life, Terry enjoyed expressing himself through art, going to the theater to see movies, listening to his eclectic collection of music and visiting his favorite restaurants. Some of his happiest times were spent at MDA Summer Camp and the Portland Fire Fighters Muscular Dystrophy Camp, which he attended from age 6 to 24.

Terry had a strong and gentle spirit, a sharp sense of humor and was special to everyone who knew and loved him. He will be profoundly missed.
