October 11, 1933 - June 8, 2016 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Sally Lorraine McNutt was born on October 11, 1933 in Spokane, Washington to Cora and Hugh McNutt, the first of six children. Her family lived in Portland throughout her youth, and she graduated from Franklin High School in 1951. Sally married Duane Greene in April 1953 and they were blessed with three children, Bruce, Kelly and Holly. Duane was a Lt. Colonel in the National Guard and passed away in December 1975. For most of her professional life, Sally was a medical receptionist and enjoyed people and keeping everyone on schedule. Sally was most famous for her delicious pies and baked goods. She also enjoyed dancing, Dixieland Jazz, reading, entertaining and spending time with family and friends. After meeting on a Cruise Ship and a long courtship, Sally married George Morgan in July 1990 and they traveled around the world together making many memories and friends ‰ÛÒ they also lived in Long Beach, California for five years, where George retired as a Longshoreman. Sally was a devoted and caring wife, mom, grandma, daughter, sister and friend and will be missed by her husband George, her children, Bruce Greene, Kelly (Bill) Runnion and Holly (Don) Eargle, step-children, George (Tana) Morgan, Chet (Sally) Morgan, and Paul (Jan) Morgan; grandchildren: Kimberly (Andy) Rohr, Donovan Fogel, Arlo (Jeremie) Savage Greene, Jennifer (Justin) Ruljancich, Stephanie (Derrick) Brown, and Patrick Morgan and great-grandchildren, Taylor, Anna and Logan Rohr, Taiven Saunders and Rowan Savage Greene, sister Nancy (Bill) Wells, sister-in-law, Phyllis Bueneman, and brother Jim McNutt, and many other family and friends. Sally was preceded in death by her sister Mary Clarke-Schnell, and brothers Hugh and David McNutt.
