Robert A. «Tony» Mastrantonio, 92, of Portland passed away on Nov. 15, 2015. He is survived by his son Robert (Roberta) of Vancouver, WA, daughter Lori Meuser (Craig) of Portland, four grandchildren (Jason, Angelina, Andrew, Matthew) and five great grandchildren (Trevor, Nina, Ava, Lola, Kayla) and his companion, Vickie Luallin. He was predeceased by his first wife Bernice, second wife Louise, and sisters Eve Baccellieri and Deane Beard.

He was the son of Enrico and Tomasina Mastrantonio from Italy. He served in the Navy during WWII on the USS Jason and USS Lenawee in the South Pacific. He owned the Bagdad Tavern on Hawthorne Blvd. for 17 years and worked at the Port of Portland until he retired in 1987. He enjoyed summers at the family log cabin in Brightwood, riding the family’s horse Big Red and riding trail motorcycles with his kids. Tony also enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.

There will be a celebration of life from 2-4pm Dec. 2 at The Springs at Clackamas Woods, 14404 SE Webster Rd., Milwaukie. Private inurnment at Willamette National Cemetery.
