June 21, 1946 - July 6, 2021 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Rebecca “Becky” Ann Woodruff Kolbe, 75, of Scappoose, Oregon died Tuesday, July 6th while hospitalized at OHSU and in the presence of her family. She is survived by her five children Tracy Kolbe Reeves, Gregory, Melissa, Cynthia and Andrew Kolbe; eleven grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; as well as two nieces, a nephew and numerous other extended family and friends. Becky was born June 21, 1946 in Wooster, Ohio. She graduated from Triway High School in Wooster with the class of 1964. Becky lived in the Wooster area until 1977 when she moved to Scappoose, Oregon. Becky had been involved in many community activities over the years as she raised her children in Scappoose including: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, the Red Hat Society, and various book clubs. She enjoyed crafting and creating beautiful flower and plant arrangements. Becky loved decorating for the holidays and her arrangements were always central to her home decorations. She even designed arrangements for her children’s weddings and for friends’ special occasions. Becky always loved animals and cared for a number of pets over the years. As a child she lived in a rural community and even had two spider monkeys. In her later years she was steadfastly accompanied by her dogs.
