Nancy was born September 25, 1930 in Portland, Oregon and was a residence of Beaverton, OR.  She passed away on December 12, 2016 in an automobile accident in Southern Oregon.

She is preceded in death by her oldest son John Azorr and granddaughter Shannon Azorr.  She is survived by her children: Karen Azorr, Steven (Linda),  Robert (Teresa) and David (Kris) Meyen.  Grandchildren; Eric, Elyse, Scott, Sara, Ryan, Courtney, Chris, Jolene,  Emilie, Katie, Danielle and Cameron.  Great Grandchildren; Eric Jr., Evelyn, Isla, Alex, Rian, Ty, MacGuire, Madison, and Ethan.

Nancy will be very missed by many but her memory continues as we share the fun times and the silly stories.

A funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 21st at 11:00 am at Omega Funeral & Cremation Service with a private interment at Riverview Abbey.
