Irv as we knew him was our next door neighbor along with penny until she pasted for the last 20 years. They were the best neighbors ever. Irv was always helping us with our projects around our house. He helped us raise our garage when we built it. He Was generous with his fruits and vegetables and firewood. We were quite beside ourselves when we found out he had been hospitalized and moved to the nursery home. We always had some hope he would come home and we would see him in his yard so we could have one more over the fence conversation. It didn't happen and it was lonely for us to not see him anymore. He was a gear man and we miss him terribly.
