Lana was the sixth child of Myrtle and Reuben Anderson, of Logan, Utah. She is survived by her sister, Betty Fordham, Layton, Utah; brother, Max Anderson, Jacksonville, Fla., and daughter, Jenelle Bates. During her 30 years in Portland Lana was associated with her Mormon church community, The Arc, Outreach Ministry, McDonald Center, and Rainbow Adult Living. Her many friends will miss her lively, warm and caring personality. Her death was due to complications from surgery.
