Kenneth James Rayner was born to Mary Elizabeth and James Thomas Rayner July 30, 1962 and died October 13th 2018. He is predeceased by his parents and survived by his wife Debora Schmidt Rayner and siblings Charlene, Colleen, Jackie, Maureen, and Richard.

Ken loved life and helping others. He will be greatly missed.

A celebration service will be held Saturday October 27th at 10:00 am.
