Julie and myself spoke on many occasions. She loved to talk of her plants. Her trips skiing in Bethel and the days she taught children. I enjoyed her talks while she watched me clean her home in Brunswick. She often showed me an old photo of the woman's Bowdoin College basketball team, the photo that lined her long hall would each have a story. She was a wonderful woman. My deepest sympathy.

Molly, my sympathy to you and all your family. I've known Julie since we were freshmen at Goucher and enjoyed keeping up with her over the years as we met at reunions. We also had some nice lunches together when she traveled to visit you here in Portland, and when she and your dad first moved here. She will be missed by all her classmates.
