Evelyn was born Nov. 26, 1922 in Portland, Oregon.-She spent much of her childhood in the Clatskanie area.-She then moved to Redondo Beach, California where she met and married William Milner.-They then moved back to Portland.-Following their divorce, Evelyn met and married Helmer Bjelland.-After Helmer’s death she married Helmer’s fishing buddy Norris Fulsaas.-After Norris died she remained single.-She loved fishing and gardening.-On February 16, 2015 Evelyn went home to be with the Lord.-She is survived by her son will (Joyce) Milner and son James (Sandi) Milner, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
