I am so happy that I got to visit with Esther during our "sister trip" to Oregon. We sat together under the trees at the apple/nut farm. What a welcoming person Esther was, and such a joy to be there with her and Elmer. It is sad to say goodbye to cousins. As each one passes, I feel there are stories I did not get to hear. Part of our family history passes. But as I am sad, I think of the joy of the family that are reunited 'on the other side".
