Eileen Jasper

“Good Star Woman”

January 5th, 1946 – January 11, 2021

On Monday January 11^th, 2021 Eileen “Good Star Woman” Jasper (Owens), loving mother of 6, passed away due to complications of Covid-19.

Eileen was born January 5^th, 1946 in Portland, Oregon to Mary Cuthair and Levi Owens Sr.  She raised 6 daughters, Mary, Farrell, Sarah, Stephanie, Chloe, and (little) Eileen.

Eileen had a passion for cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family.  She was known for her sense of humor, quick wit, playing bingo, and her infamous Fry Bread.

Eileen was proceeded in death by her father Levi Owens Sr, mother Mary Owens, brothers, Levi Owens Jr, Dennis Owens, sister, Cecelia Charger, granddaughter Angela Velasquez, and son-in-law Antonio Ortiz.  She is survived by her 6 daughters, 2 sisters, and countless grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A farewell walk through will be held on Saturday January 16^th, 2021.
