Dorothea was born in Grants Pass, Oregon to parents Lowell and Donna Jean (Campbell) Arnold.

Dottie was a very outstanding person. She was in the food service industry most of her working life.

She always accomplished all of her goals. She gave to many charities and was always ready to help anyone she could.

Dottie passed peacefully with her true love of 28 years, Gary by her side.
