Collette Swanberg

November 2, 1964 – August 10, 2020

Collette was born at Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Or on November 2nd, 1964. She graduated from Grant High School in 1982. She worked for the Doubletree Hotel, starting there when it was a Red Lion, for over 30 years. In her time at the hotel she was a friend, mentor, and mother to all she worked with.

She truly cared for everyone around her and had an infectious smile that could light up a room. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, plants, and vacationing with loved ones.

Collette was preceded in death by her sister Andrea and niece Lily. She is survived by her daughter Brittany, mother Jaycee, father James, brother Mike, sister Leslie, niece Zoe, nephews Alex, Nick, Miles, Michael, boyfriend Sean, Brittany’s father Dennis and his family.

In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Cancer Research Institute.
