Brian William Tennant

June 10, 1969 – February 8, 2025

Brian was born on June 10, 1969 to William Richard Tennant and Janice Lee Tennant.  He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Cynthia Lee Tennant.  He is survived by his sister, Brenda Jean Tiland, and his nephews, Michael Tiland, Thomas Tiland and Daniel Tiland.

Brian was born in Portland, Oregon and with the exception of his time in the Coast Guard and at college in Eugene, he lived his life in Portland.  N.E. Portland was his stomping grounds.  During his growing up years, he made many friends, most of which remained his friends for the entirety of his life.  Their friendship was immeasurable and enduring and was treasured by Brian.  His favorite anecdotes included at least one, if not all, of his buddies.

Brian took much pride in his time spent in the Sea Scouts, his Coast Guard service, and his years as a letter carrier.

Brian will be greatly missed by his family, his friends, and everyone lucky enough to have known him.
