Billy attended elementary and junior high school in Washington State.  Billy is a graduate Class of 2018 from Columbia River High School.

Billy Enjoyed music, talking on the phone and spending time with friends and family, dancing and watching his brothers.  Billy had a dream of joining the Army and becoming a Washington Clark County Sheriff.  Billy loved cars of all kinds and home cooked meals.

Billy met Marlia Castro in 2013 at Skyview High School in Vancouver, Washington.  They dated 2013-2014 and from that relationship they became 1st time parents to Keanan Anthony Castro on December 13th, 2014. Billy loved his only son and was striving to become a better person and father for Keanan.

Billy struggled with Mental Health issues for a few years.  He made great strides in overcoming barriers by progressing and accomplishing his goals of becoming stable, graduating high school and moving into his own apartment.  We were all very proud of Billy.

Billy leaves to cherish his memory; son, Keanan Anthony Castro; his loving mother Kasandra Penny and father Billy W. Gray Jr.; Grandparents Julianne Penny Willis and Fredrick Jackson, Irma Johnson and Billy W. Gray Sr; Great-grandparents Julian R. Penny and Mary Jackson; Brothers, Markell Goldsby, Kai’Noah and Euriah Gray; Only sister Aaliyah Gray and only niece Malaiyah Goldsby; Caregiver/eldest cousin, Sonja Lewis; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He will be greatly missed.
