April 9, 1930 – September 30, 2014 Barbara was born to Leonard Askew and Ruth Wade Askew in Paducah, KY. Barbara passed away peacefully after her 3rd battle with Cancer at her daughter’s home in Vancouver, WA, with her Son Michael and Daughter Phyllis at her side. Barbara is survived by her son Michael his wife, Charlene Pendergraft, Anaheim, CA and daughter Phyllis Pendergraft, Vancouver, WA; grandchildren, Christina Pendergraft Smith and her husband Ron Smith in Beaverton, OR; Jason and his wife Nicholle Pendergraft in Las Vegas, NV; Shannon Pendergraft and (fiancé) Tete Chau; Brian Pendergraft in Anaheim, CA; great grandchildren, Brannon, Evan and Shane Pendergraft Smith, Beaverton OR; Lucas Pendergraft, Las Vegas, NV and Barbara’s loving brother and sister-in-law Wade & Claudia Askew, Beaverton, OR.
