Audrey was born Audrey Ann Sara Banks in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 3, 1931 to Maude & Nick Banks.

Maude & Nick moved their family to Portland in 1933.

Audrey had three children Celeste, Bernice, and Damon.

In her early years Audrey moved to L.A. but returned to Portland to help raise her nieces and nephews.

Audrey went to work for White Stag, she left there and went to work for the State Unemployment office, while doing catering on the side.

Audrey was a trailblazer helping whom ever needed help, especially, women trying to break into men only jobs. Audrey received many awards for her work.

She loved to travel, but no matter what always had time to be there and just listen and always gave encouragement.

Audrey leaves to mourn her brother Nick Banks & his wife Trudy. Daughter, Bernice Griffin and son Damon Parsons and his wife Rhianna. She has seven nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and a host of friends and family.

Audrey will always be loved and forever missed.
