William Henry “Bill” Parm, Jr. (82) passed away Monday, June 17, 2024, surrounded by family. Born in 1942, this Houston, TX native is predeceased by his parents, William Henry Parm, Sr. and Gladys E. (Smith) Parm, former wife Charity Mae Parm and his wife Emily Christine Smith de la Cruz.

Bill is survived by daughter Melissane Parm Schrems (Paul) and stepson Virgilio Ramon de la Cruz (Elyssa), granddaughter Emily Claire, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Per his request, his ashes will be scattered in the Pacific Ocean. A memorial service will be held July 5^th @ 5:15pm at Saint Mary’s Church 68 Court Street, Canton, NY.

Flowers graciously declined. Donations may be made to the OHSU Prostate Cancer Endowment in his name.
