Toby was born April 17, 1968, in Bremerton, Washington.  He Lived, Laughed & Loved phenomenally up to February 14, 2023 in Portland, Oregon.

Born to Scherry Dee Valley (Deceased May 22, 2011), he was the middle brother of Walter Douglas Fowler Jr 57 & Kelley Eugenia Morgan 52.

Father Figure, Teacher & Big Brother to Beatrice Ontiveroz 37 & Miguel Madriz 34. Toby loved & lived unconditionally. He was a phenomenal spirit with unmatched understanding & artistry with an undying light that forever burns in whoever has crossed his path. Once in a lifetime type of love, the kind that makes your soul thump just watching. Husband of Yvonne Marie Duran (3.11.72-4.25.09).  Together they had four children Angel Anthony Duran (Raymond Anthony Fowler) 24, Auriana Dee Fowler 26, Aurora Marie Fowler 28, & Esteban Tobias Fowler 30.

Toby was such a smart man.  He mastered a number of trades and passed them on to his children from construction, tattooing, & cooking to adapting, understanding, loving, & growing.

Toby’s light is one that shined from the beginning of time and will shine past the end.
