Ronda Lunsford (Duggan)

Ronda Lunsford (Duggan) age 72 went to be with the Lord August 8, 2021 at Kaiser Permanente in Hillsboro, Oregon with her daughter Carissa (Penny) Thielman and granddaughter Corrinne Anderson by her side letting her know how much she was loved by everyone.

Ronda was born in Portland, Oregon on September 14, 1948 to Houston and Flonnie (Windham) Duggan.  Ronda was married to Rodney G. Lunsford on December 3, 1963 in Idaho.  He was the love of her life. They had 4 children: Joann, Tina Michelle and Carissa (Penny).  Ronda also had a dog Betty that she loved.  Ronda worked at Barkers and Precision Castparts until she retired and was able to enjoy more time with family.

She did cherish the people around her with love, faith and gospel music.  She loved spending time gardening and with her family, always having us all together for holidays, birthday’s and BBQ’s.  She made great memories for us all.  That made her the happiest.  She loved reading her bible every morning before she would start her day.  Ronda knew and loved her Lord.  She also enjoyed her morning coffee visits with family.

Ronda was preceded in death by parents Houston and Flonnie (Windham) Duggan; Husband Rodney G. Lunsford; daughters Tina and Michele; Brothers Jerry and Harley; Sisters Jackie, Kathy and Brenda.

Ronda is survived by daughters Joanne (Rick) Nobles and Carissa (Penny) (Randy) Thielman; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Sisters Betty (Handy) Reynold, Sue (Loyed) Wilson and Deana (Dave) Eckman.  She will be missed by all.  Services will be held August 18, 2021, 11:00 AM at Omega Funeral & Cremation Service, 223 SE 122^nd Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97233.  Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 400 SW Walters Road, Gresham, Oregon 97080.
