Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

I'd been wondering for years what happened with my friend, Bob. Then I came across this obit copied to legacy.com ... I miss my friend. I've wanted to go see him again or talk to him many times since I last saw him several years ago after he'd moved back to St. Johns. Apparently, we had no mutual friends, but as fellow herbalists into astrology we had a lot to talk about. I met him while he still had his wonderful little herb shop, Emerald Forest Herbarium, before he moved it into the old firehouse on MLK. And when he'd moved the business into his house in North Portland. We used to chat about herbs and everything else while I was there. Bob was truly one-of-a-kind. I knew little about his life experiences before I met him, but he was the kind of person you don't forget. I certainly miss him and think about him fondly and often. I would like to get acquainted with some of his friends and family who knew him longer and better than I did. So feel free to reach out to me however you like. I'm on facebook. Rest in Peace, Bob. It sounds like you lived the ultimate life of adventure and friendships. Kannon

Dear Alison, such a beautiful tribute which brought back so many fond memories, I feel blessed to have experienced the delightful Smokin-Captain-Chef chapters of dear BobĀ“s life. Such a lovely soul and friend, and a life well lived indeed, now riding the waves and mountains in the sky. Love you Bob. Big love and hugs to you dear Alison. xxDotty (aka "Dotswana" as nicknamed by dear Bob)
