I remember a special summer in Oregon, at Uncle Bob's house. He opened the home to family. George, Roger, Chrissy and Tricia were all there getting together as I flew in from Hawaii after graduation. I remember all the jokes Bob was telling us and yes he was a story teller. His adventures were so memorizing. Bob would tell us is stories, that were so vivid and lively! They were his adventures. He will be missed by many and never forgotten. Love Debbie and family.

My father, Louis H Neale, and Bob were as close as father and son. For years, Bob, Jeanie, Tricia Chrissy and my family spent summers together either in San Diego or Portland. I got to know Bob as a loving husband and father who was extremely proud of his daughters. Besides family, two things that Bob loved was having and sharing fun, and a road trip adventure. Both my father and Bob were great storytellers and they drew their stories from their world travels and marvelous adventures. Every mile of a road trip adventure was filled with these incredible stories. Some so outlandish that they were hard to believe. I remember during one of these particular road trips and after Bob told one of his prodigious stories that my dad came up with the phrase “the first liar doesn’t stand a chance”. The car filled with laughter as was typical of many of our Roadtrip adventures. Bob your larger then life spirt and joie de vivre will be enormously missed by those that had the privilege to know you. But, I know that you, Chrissy and Dad are looking down on us, smiling and swapping those amazing stories and sharing love and laughing out loud together. 🙏❤️
