Norman Thomas Stoddard III

September 4, 1939 – September 16, 2024

Norman Thomas Stoddard III passed away on September 16, 2024. He died peacefully at his home in his sleep at age 85. He is survived by his daughter, Shelley Crenwelge and her husband Bret, his three grandchildren Owen, Madison, and Jacob.

Norm was born September 4, 1939 to parents Norman Thomas Stoddard II and Catherine Hanzlik Stoddard. He and his sister grew up in the Portland area where he attended Oregon State University. He went on to work in the retail electronics business and spent the latter part of his working years coaching and refereeing youth volleyball in the community. He enjoyed snow skiing and whitewater rafting and spent years in the Bergfruende social club. No service is planned.
