Michael Myron Cavanaugh Sr. was born in Portland, Oregon on May 10, 1934 and went to heaven

on May 2, 2014.

He is preceeded in death by his father, Patrick Cavanaugh Sr.; mother, Hannah Galubus; stepfather Tom Galubus; brothers Richard (Dick), Patrick Jr., Eugene, and Henry (Hank); sisters Maxine Barbis and Mary Kinney. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Dorothy Jean Ratliff Cavanaugh; his children Geneva Brown (Ginny), Michael Jr. (Mickey), Kenneth, and Elizabeth Dan; grandchildren Cory Gacey, Kari Gacey, Alison Wheeler, Jeff Cavanaugh, Erika Dan, Eiden Dan,

Eilee Dan and Eleana Dan; and great grandson Harlem Dan.

Mike was a member of the Nazarene Church in Beaverton, Portland and Hillsboro. He loved to sing in the choir and as a soloist with his beautiful Irish tenor voice. He was a Realtor for many years in the Portland area and

enjoyed helping families find their homes.

Dad loved his wife and family and served people with a generous heart.

He is missed.
