Born in the Northern Province of Vietnam, Nam Dinh. Loan and her family immigrated to the South Saigun in 1954. Surviving in the United States are her daughter, ThuyChi McGraw, of Oregon; son, Loi Nguyen of Michigan; grandson, Daniel Nguyen of Michigan; grandson Tuong Cong, of Oregon; great grandson, Christopher Cong of Oregon; great granddaughter, Angie McGraw. Surviving in Vietnam are grandsons, Khanh Tran and Khoi Tran; granddaughters, Thien Ha, Nguyen, Thien Ngan, Nguyen and Thien Anh, Nguyen; and great granddaughter Tina, Tran. Loan had been a loving, dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Throughout her life, she sacrificed everything she had for the family, being with them all and each in their happy and tough times.
