Linda Carrie Higgins, age 67, passed away in her home on April 28, 2020.  She was born in Fresno, CA.

She is survived by her sister Barbara Null of Fresno, CA, her brother Thomas Null of Shawnee, OK, and daughters Deana Barkman of Castle Rock, WA, Teana Scott of Vancouver, WA, and Jeana Speers of Portland.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

We will be holding a celebration of life at a later date to be announced.
