Rosie was one of the first parents that I contacted when my daughter received her diagnosis. I was overwhelmed with her prognosis and wallowing in grief. Rosie and Lincoln were such a bright light during that dark time in my life. I followed every photo she posted and was truly inspired by her complete adoration for her son and her strength to care for his every need with a smile on her face. In Rosie’s eyes, everything about Lincoln was absolutely perfect, just the way he was. Seeing that got me through some tough moments in those rough early days. Watching Rosie’s and Lincoln’s beautiful journey together truly helped me walk my own path with more thankfulness, joy and adoration for the beautiful daughter I have. I hope you know that you and Lincoln made a lasting impact on this world, just for loving each other so perfectly.

I never met Lincoln, but followed him his entire life on Facebook. Rosie and I were friends in highschool. And I always loved seeing updates on Lincoln. My favorites were his luscious curls and his big smile. I looked forward every single year to see what he was going to be for Halloween. It was an honor to even know him just through Facebook. To watch him grow and surpass his diagnosis. My heart is with Rosie and her family. Sending my prayers for peace, and sending my love.
