Keith Norman Wyffels was born in Portland, Oregon on June 15th, 1961 to Ronald and Jeri Baxter, and was adopted by Norman and Dorothy Wyffels.

He grew up in Southeast Portland with his parents and younger brother, Alan, and attended Franklin High School. At 20, he was reunited with Ron, Jeri, and his three siblings, Kelle, Kevin, and Korry Baxter.

He met his wife of 38 years, Melinda, at Dairy Queen on 128th and Foster Road in Portland. Keith and Melinda were married on October 4th, 1986. Their son, Jesse Keith, was born on March 29th, 1993, and their daughter, Jamie, was born on June 13th, 1995.

Keith was overjoyed to become a Grandpa to Victor Keith Forshee on March 26, 2024. Keith successfully ran his own HVAC business for 25 years in the Portland Metro area.
