The passion uncle had in his service to the Lord and to others reminds me so much of my dad. Just like him, he fought the good fight and even in death he finished his race victoriously. He made a difference in the lives of many because of the difference God made in his. Rest In peace uncle. !!

I will miss Justus, this is a great loss. He was an inspiration and his words and actions will live in my heart. I will share his story and wisdom with my children and will remember him fondly. I will miss our fellowship. This video of us on Prayer Mountain is how I remember him. Passionate, excited and always looking forward. https://youtu.be/znajx0NYhok

It is hard to believe that our dear friend Justus is no longer with us. We cherish the time we had with him. A man of faith, compassion, love, joy and great vision. Let us be encouraged and cherish our amazing memories we were so blessed to have with Justus. We will see him again!

I may have not met him but I have interacted with his son who is a well behaved child, a sign of proper upbringing from such a great man. The general has rested but we live to solder on on this path to heaven .Fly with angels omwami.

Bishop Justus Amunga ,I wonder where to start the story. You have always been a father to us,our mentor (my), above all our Director. However allow me to tell you just a few things among many that I know about you. I meet you in 1998 when you were our deputy head master in highschool while I was working with the post office and I received an email from you about the love of Lord Jesus Christ, that led me to get saved on 1st September 1999. The first healing miracle was when he passed by my home, I was from the mountain for prayers, my son who had this issue of nose bleeding from birth, he was 15 years at that time. Bishop prayed with me and honestly my son got healed. the second miracle is when he started the children home around 5, were positive and took them to clinic. One Sunday in the church service he preached about the healing power when he called for those kids who were positive. He prayed for them and surprisingly when I took them back to the clinic three were found negative, I was shoked so I had to repeat the test again but still they were negative. Bishop Amunga had the power of healing which he helped many. I worked with him and he named me mama mercy since he saw my potentiality.. I was so humbled. He really loved my family, in my entire journey with him he has always been with me through my thick and thin he used to encourage me never to give up. i have lots to say but this won't bring you back, but all the things you have done for me I really appreciated them. Daddy, may you dance with the angels, may you protect us from where you are, you preachings, your everything will be missed by many, your legacy will forever reign on us....REST IN PEACE PAPA

We thank God for the life Bishop Amunga lived. He loved God and people so much. He was a displinarian who loved neatness and order. We remember his memories of loving children and always being there for his dear family. His memories will always live in our hearts. We loved you but the love of God exceeds ours. FARE THEE WELL

I am very saddened and devastated by the demise of our great father, mentor and Founding bishop of ULOM. Ever since I knew this man back in 1998 up to date he has been inspiring and impacting my life positively. We've been very close, serving together at the Eldoret Church, preaching together I mean the same message, at the same time and same audience. Bishop could preach and hand over the microphone to me to continue with the same message and end with a word of prayer, I emulated him and started doing the same when he was around at the time am preaching. Bishop always confessed infront of everybody that his heart was in Eldoret and for sure Bishop loved and gave his best for the Eldoret church. As the Eldoret church we are hurting, we are in great pain and deep sorrow. Loosing Bishop Amunga at a time like this is something that has left us crippled and paralyzed. This man Justus lived a life of grace long before even he started preaching the message of grace. Bishop. Could give you something you even don't deserved. Pastor Festus Kwakwa- Bonnke
