Joseph Shand Allard

Joseph Shand Allard, age 59 tragically left us on March 4, 2025. He was born in Portland, graduated from Wilson High School in Long Beach, California. and from there went into the Air Force. He was able to travel to Incirlik AFB, Turkey and to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska before returning home to Tigard Oregon, eventually moving to Vancouver Washington. Once there he was a diligent worker with UPS for 29 years.

Joseph was proceeded in death by his mother, Dorothy Allard, devoted wife of 26 years Rachel Allard.  He is survived by stepfather Phillip (Flip), brother Phillip, children Nicholas, Jasmine, and granddaughter Bailey.

Family will hold private services at a future date.
