John Patrick Moran

December 15, 1966 – July 30, 2024

John Patrick Moran, 57, passed away at home in Portland Oregon on July 30, 2024.  He leaves behind his spouse of 17 years, Albert D’Arcangelo, and his parents Mary and Ronald Struwing, brother and sister- in- law James Moran, (Linda Stevenson), sisters Debra (Randy) Wilson, Kathleen (Edward) Ryan, his dog (Sybil Marie Brown), and many close friends.

Born and raised in upstate New York, John moved to Portland with his spouse for opportunities, where he worked for Umpqua Bank as a supervisor for 10 years.

With his wonderful voice, John was a member of Up With People and The Syracuse Opera Company. Incredibly generous with his many talents, he shared his time and abilities everywhere he went.
