Joby Cipolla Jr.

1984 – 2024

Joby Cipolla Jr. passed away unexpectedly in Portland, Oregon on October 8th, 2024. He lost a short battle with an illness, just shy of his 40th birthday. Joby was born on October 18th, 1984
in Reading, PA to his parents Joby Cipolla Sr. and Lisa Pachuilo (Zellner). Although he spent most of his life in Reading, PA, he was currently residing in Portland, OR. He grew up loving time with friends and playing soccer, but he had a passion for music and was an avid drummer.

Joby was a father to two beautiful boys, Joby Carl III and Falcone Xavier. He is predeceased by his father Joby Sr. and survived by his mother Lisa and stepfather Jeff Zellner. He will be eternally missed by his sisters Jodi Cipolla, Sydney Epler and Stevie Domagalski, his step-siblings Christian, Dylan, and Holly, and his five adoring nieces and three nephews. He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Joseph “Brother Joe” and Barbara Cipolla, and his maternal grandfather, James Pachuilo Sr. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Steven and Louise Fisher, as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Joby was more than what this world had a chance to see. His unexpected passing comes as a shock to his friends, family, and loved ones. Joby lived life to the beat of his own drum. His passion, drive, and loyalty for those he cared about shined above everything else. Joby loved hard and fought harder. His laughter, his smile, and the warmth of his heart will live on in those
who loved him.

A celebration of life will take place on Friday, November 29th at the Victor Emmanual II Beneficial Society from 12:00pm-3:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name to the Autism Society of Berks County
