Joann Mardis

January 5, 1962 – July 27, 2020

Our hearts are saddened at the passing of Joann Mardis. She passed away at age 58, surrounded by her family.

She was a caring kind woman, a wonderful  wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was born to Jim and Donna Peterson and was the youngest of six children.

Joann loves her children and grandchildren dearly. She was warm hearted and always smiling. She worked hard her whole life to do her best to provide for her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Larry Mardis; her 4 sons,

Josh Smith (Genny); Johnny Wiley; Jordan Wiley (Remi); and Justin Wiley; her daughter, Alexandria Doyal (Samuel); her 3 granddaughters; Hannah Smith; Kennedy Smith; and Shayla Doyal; her 2 grandsons Tucker Smith and Alaric Doyal (due in September).

The family will hold a small private service in their home in August.
