Joan Oneita Morgan ,84, of Portland, Oregon passed away May 15, 2023
She was born to parents John V. and Cecile Morgan, on 08/28/1938 in Portland Oregon

She graduated from Portland’s Washington High School and went on to study teaching at Portland State University
Joan worked as a German Teacher at Canby High School. She also spent 1 year in Germany as a young woman.

Joan enjoyed being outdoors especially in the warm sun and often would participate in gardening, social events, music, and her favorite was going on outings to Oxbow Park, Rooster Rock, Mt Hood, as well as many other destinations.

Joan will be greatly missed by the staff that cared for her as well as the special relationships that had grown over the years with those that she lived with at her care facility.
