Jessica Nicole Schmer

August 26, 1986 – June 7, 2025

The Moore family regrets to announce the passing of our beloved Jessica Nicole Moore (Schmer) on June 7, 2025 at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, OR. Born to Michelle and Patrick Moore. Jessica is survived by her parents, sisters Brittany and Kayla, and eight children: Wyatt, Harmony, LJ, Jessica, Rose, Isabella, Skyla, and Samson. Jessica’s memory and love for God will live on through her creative spirit and inspiring decision to save lives through organ donation.
