Jeffrey “Sarge” Warwick

Retired Sergeant First Class and Veteran Combat Engineer Jeffrey “Sarge” Warwick died peacefully in his Portland, Oregon home on February 13, 2020.

Sarge was born February 6, 1955 to James and Joan Warwick. In 1974, he joined the US Army and retired in 1995 after which he contracted work for the US Army from his beloved home in Stutensee, Germany.

In 2005, he returned to Portland, Oregon to be with family and worked various jobs in lumber and tap cleaning. He is survived by his brother Joel, his sisters Julia and Jennifer, and son Connor.

A memorial service will take place Thursday February 27, 2020, 11:00 am at Willamette National Cemetery 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd (use upper parking lot, go to main office for map of staging area) with full military honors, after which there will be a celebration of life at the Glass House Tavern 9710 NE Sandy Blvd.  CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS
