Javier Ruiz Santeño, 45, passed away on Thursday, September 02, 2021, in Portland, Oregon. He was born on December 04, 1975, in Bella Vista, Mexico to Pedro Ruiz and Socorro Gutierrez. He was a devoted son, brother, and friend and always extended a helping hand in time of need. “Heart of gold” is what many would say!

He will forever be missed by many, leaving behind a genuine legacy of remarkable skilled work in the Portland metro area as a construction worker, roofer, and self-taught artist. Javier’s skills were limitless across the spectrum! To delicious home cooked meals, to participating in a mariachi band playing his favorite instrument of choice, the saxophone. May Javier now rest in peace adjoined with his father Pedro in heaven.
