Jason Michael Lewis

May 2, 1991 – January 10, 2023

Jason, 31, died surrounded by family on 01/10/2023 at 9:45p.m.  He was raised in Madison Heights, MI until he was 15 then he and his mom moved to Clintwood, Virginia.  Jason then moved to Ohio, Texas and eventually settled in Oregon.

Jason had the sweetest personality and made friends wherever he went. He loved his friends, he also enjoyed music, drawing, & video games.

He is survived by his husband, Lorne “Fox” Harley, his Mother & Step-father Barbara & Jessie Deel, Father Glen Lewis, Grandmother Denise Maison, Brother Matthew Lewis, Sisters Madalynn Lewis & Samantha Sinclair, Uncles Randy (Kim) Moraitis, Dan (Rochelle) Giovannetti and a wealth of extended family and so many friends.

He is preceeded in death by his Grandparents Gerald Maison & Marilyn Maison, Grandparents Ric & Janice Moran
