Jasmine Savinvoutie Mounsaveng passed peacefully on the morning of Saturday, December 9, 2017 after fighting a battle with brain cancer. Jasmine was 16 years old.
Jasmine was born in Vancouver, Washington on November 16, 2001 to Yoeuth Saven Rin and Oudone Mounsaveng. She was a bright and intelligent sophomore at David Douglas High School where she gained many friends through her humor, smile, and generosity.
Jasmine will be remembered by her family and friends as a strong, brave, and confident soul. She was a charming and social young lady, and like many teenagers, she enjoyed music, dancing, shopping, fashion, and food which always made her happy.
Jasmine truly lived life to the fullest. Her radiance and courage touched many lives. She loved chatting and hanging out with her friends. She also spent a lot of time with her family and cousins, have it be feasting on food or going on family adventures.
She was a devoted daughter, caring sister, thoughtful granddaughter, beloved niece, goofy cousin, and an encouraging friend.
