Ira Roscoe Sheppard, 67, of Portland, Oregon, passed away from COPD on December 2^nd, 2024.

Roscoe will be cremated, and the memorial service will be held on Friday December 13^th, 2024, at 11AM. The memorial service will be held at Omega Funeral and Cremation 223 SE 122nd Ave, Portland, OR 97233. A memorial reception will follow after the service (TBA).
