Heidi Marie Bigback

November 12, 2023 – April 16, 2023

On April 16, 2023 our beloved sister Heidi Marie Bigback of Portland Oregon unexpectedly passed. We are deeply heartbroken. Heidi was born at St. Vincent Hospital in Billings Montana on November 12, 1982. Her mother Rebekah TallBull and her father Leslie Bigback were present. She was their second child.

Heidi was an amazing daughter, sister, and auntie who cared deeply for her family. She had a beautiful smile, and a joyful laugh and was always a great listener. Heidi loved makeup, fashion, movies, music, and most of all spending time with her family.

She graduated with the Class of 2001 at Fort Vancouver High School in Vancouver, WA. Heidi enjoyed school and made many lifelong friends throughout the years. She was a great student and was loved by all her teachers and peers.

Her hobbies included reading, shopping, doing her makeup, painting her nails, and often enjoyed calls and visits from loved ones. Heidi loved watching movies like her favorite “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and some of her favorite shows such as The Big Bang Theory, Everybody Loves Raymond, Rachel Ray, and 30-minute Meals. She enjoyed sharing this passion with her loved ones.

Heidi always wanted to keep this fresh and often changed her hairstyle. Her sister Jeralee was frequently her stylist. She was an amazing cat mama to her many cats: Sally, Tigger, Buster, Baby D, Duchess, and Duke. She loved them and was a phenomenal caretaker.

Heidi Marie Bigback is survived by her mother Rebekah TallBull; father Leslie Bigback; sisters Nichole Bigback (Matt Pine), Robyn Ruiz (Ulises Ruiz), Jeralee Ramirez (Eric Ramirez), and Bonnie Bigback (Gustavo Garcia); brothers Leslie Bigback JR. (Kenzie Rae), and Isiah Bigback (Kaycee Sunden); nieces Kaliyah Pine, Kaelan Pine, Reyna Ruiz, Robyn Marie Ruiz, Clarice Wallowingbull, Amanda Wallowingbull, Victory Wallowingbull, Ella Bigback, Rosa Bigback Garcia, and Rose Bigback Garcia; nephews Matt Pine Jr, Ulises Ruiz JR “Guapo”, Roberto Ruiz, Ramses Ruiz, Leslie Bigback “Third”, Eiden Ramirez, Geronimo Ramirez, Javier Ramirez, and Dawsun Bigback.

Funeral services and a viewing will be held on Friday, April 21st, 2023, from 12:30 PM– 4:30 PM at Omega Funeral and Cremation (223 SE 122nd Ave. Portland Oregon). A private memorial will follow.

A special thank you to all who loved and cared for our sister Heidi Marie Bigback. We are all extremely heartbroken and will never be the same without our beautiful Heidi. She will be tremendously missed by her family.
