Eva “Avi” Takacs, 50, passed away in Portland on May 2, 2020

Eva was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. Raised in a caring home with her parents. Eva received a degree in Science- Biology and Chemistry.

From a young age she decided she wanted to help people with their pains and medical ailments. She moved to Vancouver BC Canada 23 years ago and became a personal trainer. Through her life she helped many people to have a better life.

Her biggest loves in life were people, the ocean, and animals. She fell in love with the Pacific Ocean. She loved everything about the water. She became a Master Scuba Instructor and loved diving. She spent a lot of time with animals, enjoying them, training them, and caring for them.

Eva was married to Samuel Price on January 15, 2016. They moved to Portland together and with their dogs Buksi and Layla, they enjoyed the beauty of Oregon. She enjoyed going to the coast, the mountains, hiking and camping.

Eva was an avid gamer. Eva and Sam loved to game together on the computer. Eva has many online friends gamer friends that love her very much.

Eva is survived by her husband Samuel Price, her two “children” Buksi and Layla; her parents Gyorgy and Eva Takacs; Her cousin Nick; and the rest of Her extended family and friends.
