Edward Glenn Dugger

Glenn passed away February 16, 2020 at his home in Portland, OR at the age of 68. He was born December 23, 1951 in Walla Walla, WA . Growing up in Athena, OR he attended Athena Grade School and Weston High School. He later moved to Hermiston, OR where he graduated from Hermiston Sr. High School in 1970. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served as a corpsman. Glenn was an accomplished custom knife maker as well as a member of the Disabled American Veterans, American Legion and The Lost Dutchman’s Mining Association.

Glenn is survived by his wife Kathryn Dugger of Portland, daughter Daniale Cherie (Dugger) Harbick (husband Simon) of Malo, WA, sons Kyle Xavier Black (wife Kalie) of Portland, OR and Lawerence Randel Green (wife Noemi) of Portland, OR . Grand children Matilda Claire Harbick, Elise Grace Harbick, Elinor Meriwether Harbick of Malo, WA  Itezl Marie Green and Matthew Ocampo of Portland, OR. Brothers David M. Dugger (wife Diana) of Frankfort, IN, Dallas W. Dugger of The Dalles, OR and sister Kathleen J.(Dugger) Leichleiter of Tacoma, WA, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Glenn is preceded in death by his parents Florence C. (Aiken) Dugger and Clifford W. Dugger and sister Robin R. (Dugger) Kennedy.
