E. Connie Baca was born in Hot Springs, New Mexico, July 12th, 1946, to Frank and Ruth Baca and died January 2nd, 2025. She moved to Portland, Oregon in 1964 to attend Portland State University. Upon completion she moved to New York City and subsequently lived in Europe for 3 years. Connie was a registered nurse at Legacy Good Samaritan for 27 years. She married Michael Millhollen in 1973 and they divorced in 2004.
