Dennis Havel Wolf

(1958–2024)

Dennis Havel Wolf, 65, of Portland, died in Portland Oregon on January 24, 2024.

He was born in China Lake CA in 1958 to Verner and Marie Wolf; his father was in the Navy who retired in 1968 after relocating to Villa Park, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Dennis attended York High School in Elmhurst, IL and received his degree at Southeastern Illinois College.

He was ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit, working with his brother on inventions and software. He worked as a software developer for a time in Torrance before turning to investments.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother and sister, Vern Wolf and Lynn Wolf.  He was a generous and kind person, dearly loved by his family and will be greatly missed. His girlfriend’s name was Beverly James.
