I knew Cindy at Laurelhurst, Cindy was always fun and kind to everyone. I wish I could find the picture that Jennifer McCulloch posted on Facebook of the three of us playing dress up. As Cindy described it, Anne and Jennifer look like sister wives and I look like I'm going to a cocktail party...it was true Rest peacefully Cindy and comfort to your family.

Cindy was such a kind and funny person. I only knew her a short while but she always brighten my day when I saw her at work. She will be missed.

I was Cindy's high school drama teacher. What an amazing woman, so full of talent and fun, yet also sensitive and kind. She had a wicked sense of humor and worked so hard at her craft. I had last seen her when I revisited Portland to see her in a show in the early 90's. My husband still remembers the show and its irreverence and cleverness. Reconnecting on Facebook was a joy. She is fondly remembered by classmates. I had forgotten that Cindy was born in Astoria - my hometown. My mother was an OB nurse at Columbia Memorial at that time. Perhaps Mom helped usher her into the world. Cindy will be forever remembered and missed.

I knew Cindy in the 1980's during her PSU theater days, and was a fan of her talent and smarts. She was admired for these traits and many more. Super funny! Always aware of the learning and growth path she was journeying on. She made amends to friends she may have hurt, and was forgiven. She knew to walk her talk and did so, with understated grace, and always - that wry wit of hers. Haven't seen her in years, but found myself thinking of her just several days ago. God bless; you are loved and missed.

I did not know Cindy well at all, but she sure seemed like a good person. We need more like her. With sincere condolences to her family and dearest friends.
