Connie, your wonderful smile and kindness are memories I shall always cherish. Having had the privilege of working with you at Freightliner has brought back many fine memories of your kind assistance in the Accounting Department. Connie definitely took over from her Mother as the family historian and her and I had many conversations about our Swedish relatives. Connie and I reconnected after she retired and I had also recently retired so we had many talks about the challenges of retirement after working for so many years. The news of her passing has come as such a shock as she had not confided in me about any health problems. My heartfelt condolences go out to her son and daughter-in-law and especially her granddaughter who was the love of her life and who she always talked about as well as other family members and friends. This truly does break my heart as she should have had many, many more years and many more Christmases to enjoy.
